Syncing is now significantly faster and more reliable, especially if you have a large contact list or haven't synced in a while.

Collaborate on your lists You can now share any mailing list with a co-organizer — a spouse, planner, or assistant. Invite them as a Viewer to browse the list, or as an Editor so they can add and update contacts directly from their own iPhone. Shared lists appear in a new "Shared with Me" section on the home screen. Other improvements Past events are now tucked behind a toggle in the list detail view, so your active event stays front and center Address is now optional when adding a contact — useful when you want to capture someone's name and details before you have their mailing address

Event Card The event card is now prominently displayed above your contact list, with quick access to QR codes and your RSVP link. Guest Cap Set a maximum headcount for your event. Guests see how many spots remain, and the RSVP page closes automatically when you're full. RSVP Toggle Pause RSVPs with a single tap. Guests who open the link will see a polite "RSVPs closed" message. Event Photo Add a hero photo to your event. It appears full-bleed on both the RSVP and address collection pages your guests see. Address Collection Improvements The "Collect Addresses" shortcut on the home screen now works correctly — tap it to instantly share your address collection link. You can also hide the venue on the collection page if you're not ready to announce the location yet.
