Record payments on the go You can now record a payment against an invoice straight from your phone. Enter the amount, payment date, method, reference and account, and the invoice updates with the new total paid and balance due. You can also edit or delete a payment you have already recorded. Sophiie now tells you when your subscription is paused, instead of just not answering. You can see why she is unavailable and what needs to happen to bring her back. We've made your quotes and invoices more reliable. • Invoices, quotes and customer lists now show the correct trading name for a business. • Fixed an issue where sending a quote or invoice could offer a text option that couldn't be used, or fail to send. • Invoice and quote due dates now use your organisation's billing settings by default, and you can no longer pick a date in the past.

We've made a few improvements to make Sophiie easier to use. • Adding a new contact is now simpler: you only need an email address or a phone number, not both. • Fixed an issue where some call links weren't opening properly. • Voice mode is steadier: it no longer stops partway through a long answer, and messages stay in the right order.
