I spend 10+ hours a day at my computer, and this app has genuinely helped me stay more upright and comfortable while working. The setup and calibration are simple and intuitive, taking almost no time to get going.What I like most is how responsive the posture feedback is. Very simple and intuitive. I work on a computer all day long so it is easy to naturally lose track of my posture habits as the day goes on. I use the vignette setting that acts as a subtle reminder to straighten up without feeling disruptive. I tried one of those back braces to support better posture but it always felt more like a crutch rather than actually helping develop habits. Posturr is a much more practical way to keep my posture in check.

Dorso 1.13 goes easy on your battery! - New: Pause on Battery. Flip one switch in Settings and Dorso pauses posture tracking whenever your Mac runs on battery, saving power for what matters - Tracking resumes by itself the moment you plug back in, even if you unplugged while the lid was closed
