Progress that feels simple.
YOUB combines the precision of AI with sports science, real training experience, and intuition shaped by endurance sport.
Your training plan isn’t simply automated. It is built around your goal, your data, and your life — and adapts when work, appointments, sleep, or training load require a change.
Train with clear sessions instead of rigid prescriptions:
• Your personal plan is built around your goal and current fitness.
• Every workout has a clear structure, intensity, and duration.
• Ben helps you make sense of training, recovery, and progress.
• Your data becomes clear next steps — not more numbers to interpret.
• Your plan adapts when life gets in the way.
Whether you want to ride faster, improve your 5K time, or prepare for your next race: YOUB helps you train with purpose and make sustainable progress.
AI-powered training, shaped by sports science and real endurance experience.
Your training. Your life. Your goal.
