I’ve used MantraFlow for 150 total hours so far. These two features - record audio format and multiple entries for a mantra category - allowed me to make a new mantra form that prompts my brain to open to the ways that outside people could reinforce my inside affirmations. With daily mantra use, MantraFlow has brought an abiding sense of centered peace to me. By centered I mean I feel like an insider in my life when I previously felt like an outsider everywhere in the world.I also use MantraFlow off-label for to-do tasklists and recurring habit tasklists. I record my different tasks as individual entries under a mantra category. I then play the entries in a loop and eliminate task entries from the loop as I complete them. This works much better than a written tasklist for me, I think because there’s less friction - it’s passive, automatically continous and uses listening. As a brain injury survivor, using MantraFlow every day for tasklists has significantly improved my life organization and productivity in comparison to typed tasklists. It probably will do the same for many people with ADHD and brain injuries. I would like a randomizing feature for use with mantras and also a feature that would allow me to eliminate or silence entries while the loop is still playing while I’m doing tasklists.
