A genuine review from someone suffering pac: I found it replicated ecg plus’ feature, for example scrubbing and tapping to locate a beat. I think this is a learn and copy tactic used by many, problem is for medical apps developers credibility is important.Update: LYING to ur users is way worse than being up front, you didn’t independently develop the app when you just replicate which is so easy to do nowadays. Many apps learn from existing apps, which I don’t think is wrong, common to see, but dishonesty means you cannot be trusted I am sorry to say
Developer Response Thanks for taking another look and updating your review. ECG Tracker+ was developed independently. Shared gestures such as scrolling a waveform or tapping a beat are common interface patterns. We respect your preference for another app and believe competition gives users more choice. We welcome specific feedback about your experience through Support in the app.

It gives diagnostic results without regulatory clearance, which can cause potential harm if i believed what it says that my qtc is long as it said.Searched their claims and found no regulatory info but disclaims that it is not diagnosticThe developer must believe the disclaimer can protect them. It’s like saying you may have cancer but this is not a diagnosis… this is harm caused regardless
Developer Response Thank you for sharing your concern. ECG Tracker+ is an informational tool. “Possible QTc above threshold” describes an estimated measurement, not a diagnosis of a heart condition. We make this clear in multiple places throughout the app, including measurement explanations and safety notices: results can be inaccurate and should not guide treatment decisions. Measurements and any health concerns should be discussed with a qualified clinician.

Version 1.2 introduces a newly trained second generation of on-device ML models, more reliable Apple Watch syncing, and improvements shaped by your feedback.
SECOND-GENERATION ON-DEVICE ML MODELS
For this generation, we expanded and refined the training data with many more noise-affected recordings from labeled public ECG datasets. We focused on motion artifacts, difficult waveform shapes, and borderline beats the previous analysis could mistake for possible findings. This more demanding training mix helps the newly trained models filter noise-driven false positives while preserving the signal patterns behind well-supported possible findings.
The updated pipeline combines evidence across P waves, QRS complexes, QT and QTc, T-wave shape, rhythm patterns, beat classification, and signal quality. When a recording does not provide enough reliable information, ECG Tracker+ is more willing to leave a result unavailable instead of forcing an answer.
In our internal benchmarks, the updated pipeline produced up to five times fewer false-positive possible PAC and PVC highlights than the previous version. Several supported measurement estimates also showed improved accuracy against benchmark references.
These benchmark results do not guarantee the same improvement for every ECG. Performance depends on recording quality, signal noise, movement, and individual waveform characteristics.
Your saved ECGs will refresh automatically in the background using the updated on-device pipeline.
BETTER APPLE WATCH SYNC
The Apple Watch companion app and iPhone sync now recover more reliably after temporary disconnects, with clearer progress when transfers resume.
IMPROVEMENTS REQUESTED BY YOU
• Choose your preferred QTc correction formula. Your selection updates across the Library, ECG Detail, Beat Morphology, Trends, and PDF reports.
• Combine possible findings with measurement ranges for more precise Library filtering.
• Open the expanded waveform display to inspect small details without losing your place.
Thank you to everyone who contacted us with ideas and thoughtful feedback. Your suggestions continue to shape ECG Tracker+. We are grateful for your trust and for choosing ECG Tracker+.

Version 1.1.6 brings ECG Tracker+ to Apple Watch and gives you more control over your Library.
• ECG Tracker+ on Apple Watch. Take an ECG with Apple's ECG app, then open ECG Tracker+ on your watch to check the result. Analysis stays private on your paired iPhone.
• Notifications when a recording is ready. Get an alert after iPhone analysis finishes, with optional weekly recaps. Control each alert in Settings.
• Better organization for shared Apple Watches. We heard from people who let family members use their Apple Watch to take ECGs. You can now tag recordings by person, activity, or any other context, filter your Library by tag, and exclude selected tags from Trends. For more control, manual import lets you choose exactly which Apple Health ECGs are added.
• A new ECG Guide. Find clear, contextual explanations for measurements and ECG concepts throughout the app.
• Performance improvements and bug fixes. This update includes many performance improvements and fixes across background imports, analysis, the Library, and the rest of the app.

1.1.5 Jul 7
This update is all about the details.
We focused on performance and stability across the app. ECG Tracker+ now feels faster and more responsive, and we smoothed over a range of small issues so everyday use is more reliable, from the first launch to your latest reading. As always, every ECG is analyzed right here on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, and nothing is ever uploaded.
ECG Tracker+ shows informational measurements only and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical advice.
1.1.4 Jul 5
A clearer view of your heart, from your first reading to your long-term trends
This update rebuilds the Trends tab, welcomes new users with a guided tour, and brings our Liquid Glass look to nearly every screen.
• A redesigned Trends tab. Trends now opens with a plain-language recap of the exact range you pick, whether that's 7 days, 90 days, or a year, with a period-over-period comparison. Every measurement gets its own color-coded card, your heart rate, HRV and QTc sit on the same reference ranges the detail screen uses, the over-time charts are redrawn with your usual range and the period's high and low marked, and HRV gains a Poincaré plot you can actually read.
• A guided welcome for new users. First launch now walks you through the app with a hands-on tour built on sample recordings, so you can see how the Library, a detailed reading, and your Trends fit together before importing your own.
• A fresh new look. We brought the app's Liquid Glass design to nearly every screen, with a redesigned subscription page and cleaner, brighter surfaces throughout.
• Stability and polish. This release also includes a wide range of bug fixes and performance improvements to make the whole app faster and more reliable.
Everything runs entirely on-device. No cloud, no servers, no account.
ECG Tracker+ shows informational measurements only and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical advice. Measurements are estimates and can be affected by signal noise or recording artifacts. 1.1.3 Jul 1
Three upgrades to how you read your ECG
We're back with a big one — and this update is all about giving you more detail per beat and more confidence in every number. ECG Tracker+ now reads a part of your heartbeat it never measured before, shows you exactly how much to trust each reading, and explains the science right where you're looking.
• A new P-wave model — For the first time, an on-device model reads the P wave at the very start of each beat, unlocking two new measurements: the PR interval and P-wave duration. It's the same approach behind our fiducial model family, tuned to run entirely on your iPhone.
• Quality you can read at a glance — Every QT and QTc measurement now carries a clear quality indicator, so you instantly see how confidently the T-wave endpoint was located — from a clean, well-supported signal down to noisy traces to interpret with caution. No more guessing how much weight to give a reading.
• A refreshed beat morphology view — Your average beat is now drawn on a calibrated grid with the P, QRS and T regions marked, above a redesigned set of measurement tiles — cleaner, sharper, and easier to read.
• Learn as you go — New tap-to-open explainers across the app break down what each measurement actually means — PR, QT/QTc, QRS duration, beat morphology and more — in plain language, exactly where you need them.
Everything runs entirely on-device — no cloud, no servers, no account.

1.1.2 Jun 10
We fixed several bugs that were affecting our new machine learning-based ECG analysis, so it now runs more accurately and reliably.
ECG Tracker+ is an informational tool and does not provide a medical diagnosis.
1.1.1 May 31
We're shipping a new update — and this one is a big one. For the first time, ECG Tracker+ runs on our own family of in-house ECG models.
• Our new Fiducial Model Family was trained over weeks on large, expert-annotated public ECG datasets, then tuned to run fully on-device by harnessing the power of Apple Silicon.
• Sharper P, Q, R, S, T placement means cleaner QT measurements — especially on noisy Apple Watch traces where the previous pipeline used to back off.
• More reliable beat-shape detection across a wider range of heart rates and signal quality.
• Five new findings ECG Tracker+ now flags end-to-end — on the library card and highlighted on the waveform:
‣ Bigeminy and trigeminy — repeating premature-beat patterns
‣ Possible VT run — three or more consecutive premature ventricular beats
‣ Wide QRS / possible bundle branch block — when QRS duration ≥120 ms
‣ T-wave inversion — negative T-wave polarity on the representative beat
Everything still runs 100% on-device — no cloud, no servers, no accounts. ECG Tracker+ is an informational tool, not a medical device.
