• Cardio workouts are now supported. Log sessions like running and cycling alongside your strength workouts, and keep an eye on your progress from the Lock Screen Live Activity. • A live volume gauge per muscle group has been added during your workout. Track how much more — or less — you're doing compared to your previous session. • Picking exercises during a workout and the Settings → Exercises screen have been redesigned around a muscle group index. Tap a muscle group in the left sidebar to find exercises faster. • Rest End Notifications have been added. Even with the app in the background, you won't miss the start of your next set.
