Real-time transcription and translation, simultaneously, in-person and online. How it works Metic listens through your microphone, system audio, or both. It transcribes and translates live, auto-detecting whatever languages are being spoken and translating them all into yours. Fast translations appear instantly, then refine as more context arrives. Speaker identification shows you who said what. You can run it as a floating overlay or in its own window. Quality without compromise We use a best-in-class transcription model trained specifically on noisy, multi-speaker environments. For translation, we run multiple models in parallel: one for instant sub-second results, and another that refines for accuracy as context builds. This is expensive to run, but we think it's worth it. Audio is processed in real-time and never stored. You get the translated transcript, not a recording. Export transcripts as text, PDF, markdown, or subtitles.
