Group Fitness Accountability

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.

Showing up counts in Kyool. Win streaks with friends through FABs — small accountability groups that keep you moving and motivated. Spark your friends. Rally your squad, show up, and make your fitness goals count together. Kyool turns individual workouts into shared accountability with small Fitness Accountability Buddy (FAB) groups of up to 6 people. Track your movement, encourage your teammates, protect your streak, and work toward FAB Stars together — without public leaderboards or endless competition. WHO KYOOL IS FOR - Friends who want to stay active together without competing. - People who struggle to stay consistent on their own. - Beginners looking for encouragement instead of pressure. - Anyone who prefers small-group accountability over public leaderboards. HOW IT WORKS - Rally Your Squad: Create or join a FAB with up to 6 people and work toward shared accountability goals together. - Sync Up: Track your activities and see your progress alongside your FAB. - Show Up: Reach at least 25% of your goal to keep your Showup streak going. When life gets in the way, a Lifebuoy can help protect your streak. - Spark Your Circle: Send Sparks to encourage, motivate, celebrate, or nudge your teammates. - Earn FAB Stars: When every required member reaches their full goal, your FAB earns a Star together. BUILT FOR SMALL-GROUP ACCOUNTABILITY Kyool focuses on private, small FABs rather than public fitness leaderboards. The goal isn't to beat strangers — it's to help the people in your circle keep showing up. Make Showing Up Count. Let’s Get Better. Together.
