Stride helps you build healthier digital habits by linking your daily step goal to app access. Using step data from Apple Health and Apple’s Screen Time technology, Stride restricts selected apps until you complete your movement goal for the day. Instead of relying on willpower alone, Stride creates a simple structure: move first, then unlock your apps. How It Works • Set your daily step goal • Choose the apps you want to limit • Complete your steps • Selected apps become available once your goal is reached Stride uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs to apply app restrictions and Apple Health step data to track progress toward your goal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
