It was better when I first downloaded trove. When you buy a 10 pack and you get to open 10 pack without spinning. But now it’s just like the other app called RIPS. I thought this was a different app but now it’s all the same.

The app itself is actually fun and I’ve had pretty good luck on it. I’ve won a decent amount and even pulled a card worth around $750 which was hype. The pack opening experience is smooth and honestly addicting.My issue is with the cash out system and support. After I was done ripping packs, I used the “instant redemption” option and instantly got an error message. Right after that, the money disappeared from my balance with no confirmation or update showing where it went.Now my money is basically just stuck in limbo and there’s barely any live support to help. The app is great when everything works, but the withdrawal system seriously needs improvement.

I’ve done similar concepts as this and the cool thing is you can have cards in your vault and the value can fluctuate. For me, however, taking an almost $5 fee on every $100 purchase is not something I’m going to do any more (I’ve spent around $500). They already have the edge and this feels greedy.
