I had a disappointing experience with this app. I was charged for a subscription unintentionally and tried to contact support immediately, but received no response despite multiple follow-ups.Additionally, the app did not function properly for me—I encountered repeated errors when trying to use core features, which prevented me from accessing or downloading content.Given both the technical issues and lack of customer support, I would recommend proceeding with caution before subscribing.

So I typed a detailed description of a video I was looking to create. I paid $28 to make the 1 minute clip of my pugs hosting a podcast and when they delivered the clip it was not what I asked for. The AI they use is terrible completely screwing up names of numerous times, it didn’t make sense. When I asked for help from support they blamed their AI and only would credit back 200 credits which is not even half the credits it took for the $28 video they screwed up.

Mann they try to make you first spend more money when you create a video or whatever you wanna do & it will not load up! DO NOT WASTE THAT MONEY! & also you won’t get a text back from customer service
