Progression is injury-aware: volume grows about 10% a week at most, never two hard days back to back. A Coach You Can Talk To Ask about pacing, soreness, race strategy — anything. Your coach remembers your whole training history and turns conversations into plan changes. Any Goal, 5K to Marathon Couch to 5K, 10K, half marathon, or full marathon: periodized plans that work back from your race date, with race-time predictions grounded in your training. Automatic Workout Sync Runs recorded on Apple Watch — or with Garmin, COROS, and Strava via Apple Health — sync automatically. Walking, cycling, strength training, and more count toward your full picture. AI-Powered Coaching Coaching is generated by our AI providers, Anthropic and OpenAI. Your workout data, fitness metrics, goals, and coach conversations are shared with them solely to generate your plan and coaching responses. You review and approve exactly what data is shared before any AI features are activated. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Runsy Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription ($12.99/month in the US; local pricing shown at checkout). A 7-day free trial is available for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, you'll be charged the monthly subscription price. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Privacy & Your Data Your health data is synced to your personal account and protected. AI coaching requires your explicit consent before any data is shared.
