Talk it through with Alma in guided voice sessions: work through a conflict once it has cooled, prepare a conversation you have been putting off, or think out loud with a companion who already knows your pattern. Alone or together, by voice or in chat.
It starts with your Blueprint, an assessment of how you handle closeness, conflict, intimacy and shared direction. Invite your partner, and two profiles become one couple view that shows where you meet and where you pull apart, with neither of you cast as the problem. Sessions and cards start from there.

The voice sessions run on AI, and this is where Alma is different from a general chatbot. It is built for two people at once. It starts from your Blueprint and keeps the context of what you have worked on together. It is built as a coach, on relationship science, with a clinician reading what it says. And it is good to talk to: natural, warm, and it follows where you go. We tested it in thousands of conversations, real and automated, and improved it after every round. The easiest way to know is to try one session.
Clear about what it is. Alma is guided relationship practice, not therapy. It cannot diagnose or treat, and where there is harm it points you to real help.
