Lucid - AI Leadership Coach

Clarity for your next move

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Think clearly under pressure. Rehearse difficult conversations, explore leadership decisions, and turn reflection into action with your AI executive coach. Make space to think before your next leadership move. Designed by a certified leadership coach. Lucid is an AI coaching companion for leaders, managers, founders and professionals navigating real workplace challenges. Work through a difficult decision, prepare for a conversation, or reflect on what happened and what you want to do next. COACHING THAT STARTS WITH YOU Explore your situation through focused conversation. Lucid helps you clarify what matters, consider different perspectives and choose your own next steps. Type your thoughts or speak your message, review the transcript and listen to the coach's reply. REHEARSE BEFORE IT MATTERS Practise giving feedback, challenging a peer, delegating or influencing a stakeholder. Describe the situation and the outcome you want, then try your approach while Lucid plays the other person. Ask for feedback and reflect on what you might change. Rehearsals are simulations, not predictions of how someone will respond. TURN INSIGHT INTO FOLLOW-THROUGH Review and save goal drafts in your own words. Track commitments, record progress evidence and revisit what matters to you over time. LOOK BACK AND NOTICE PATTERNS With session-note capture enabled and available on your plan, revisit saved notes in your reflection timeline. Explore activity summaries, insights and recurring words to support your own reflection, not to score your leadership performance. YOUR INFORMATION, WITH CLEAR CHOICES Saved chats, goals and notes are stored on your device. To generate replies and other AI features, Lucid sends your messages and relevant context to third-party AI services with your permission. Use roles such as "my manager" instead of real names, and avoid company names or confidential details. Manage AI permission in Settings. TRY LUCID Start with 12 free messages. A monthly or yearly auto-renewable Lucid Coaching Premium subscription is required to continue coaching after your free allowance. Plan details and current pricing are shown in the app before you subscribe. Lucid is an AI coaching and reflection tool, not a human coach or a substitute for therapy, medical care, legal advice or financial advice.
