What is unique about this app is that instead of giving one a screen time limit for the whole day which one might greedily use up before noon (leaving you with depleted dopamine energy levels and cravings for the rest of the day), it flips the script and forces you to save up (so to speak) on your Screen Time and use it at the end of the day to genuinely reward yourself for a hard day’s work. No guilt! The developer has put quite some work into explaining the science during onboarding so that you embrace the concept.. I would recommend this app.

I was pretty skeptical but this app works great for me! I’ve tried time-limits, greyscale, productivity apps, adhd apps, even custom shortcuts to keep me from doomscrolling but nothing really stuck. I like how simple it is.
