HEALTH TRACKING Sleep stages, HRV, VO2 Max, heart rate recovery, hydration, steps, calories, and body weight integrated with Apple Health, Oura, and Fitbit. PERSONALIZED PLANS AI-generated training plans built around your goals, experience, and schedule. Adapts as you progress. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION Naro requires a subscription or a one-time lifetime (Founder) purchase to access the app. A subscription or lifetime purchase unlocks all features—AI coaching, workout tracking, recovery intelligence, health integrations, and personalized plans. Naro offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase option. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
