Forly: AI Body Scan
Plan Workouts & Track Calories
Free · In‑App Purchases
Forly is a women’s fitness and health app designed to help you build your dream body with less guesswork and more clarity.
HOW FORLY WORKS:
1. Answer simple lifestyle questions to understand your goals.
2. Scan your body or upload your dream physique.
3. Receive a personalised plan built around your goals.
Forly creates tailored fitness and nutrition guidance based on your body, your goals, and your lifestyle, not one-size-fits-all programs.
We’re not another complicated fitness app. Forly is built to help women feel confident in their bodies while spending less time stressing over how much to eat or how to train. You still have to show up and do the work, we simply give you the structure, guidance, and tools to stay consistent.
Whether your goal is fat loss, toning, or body recomposition, Forly helps you move with intention and track your progress over time.
If you have any questions, feedback, or ideas, contact us at SculptrHelp@gmail.com.
NOTE: We do not offer medical advice. Any and all recommendations should be viewed as suggestions, please consult with a professional and do your own research before trying a new calorie and training plan.
