Arise is the mindful sleep alarm. You set a morning prompt ahead of time: a gratitude or an intention. When the alarm rings, you speak it out loud to dismiss it. It really wakes you up, and the day's already off to a good start.
You can have Arise curate a prompt based on what you care about, write your own, or ask a friend to write one for you. Friends can also send you a morning message that's waiting when you wake up.
