Hi there,Thanks for taking the time to lay this out. First, an important note on what the app is for: VitalScan provides wellness insights, not diagnostic-grade measurements, and it isn't intended for medical use or clinical decisions. For anything health-related, a proper medical device and your doctor are the right reference. On the reading itself, a couple of things may be at play. Breathing rate is derived from very subtle facial movement and blood-flow signals, which makes it the measure most sensitive to lighting and to slight motion — dim or uneven light in particular tends to push it high. Staying completely still throughout, with even light on your face, makes a real difference on this one. It's also worth noting that overnight breathing is generally slower than awake and seated, so those two figures aren't directly comparable — and consciously counting your own breaths tends to slow them, which makes a self-count hard to use as a reference point. We reworked the scan pipeline in version 1.1.4 to improve signal capture in exactly these conditions. If you're open to trying again on the newer build under good lighting, we'd be grateful — and if the reading lines up better, we'd appreciate you considering an updated rating.Best regards,The VitalScan Team

We're sorry that the results caused confusion and did not match your recent medical tests. Wellness Mirror does not offer or advertise features to measure or monitor blood sugar or blood pressure, and it does not claim to diagnose any disease. We are also reviewing our promotional content to ensure that the app's capabilities are described clearly and accurately. Please rely on your laboratory results and doctor's assessment for health decisions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We also fully respect every user's rights and choices.
