HOW IT WORKS
1. Set Up Your Profile
Enter your weight, height, biological sex, and age — or let SipLogger read them from Apple Health. These values personalize the Watson + Widmark formula for more accurate estimates.
2. Log Your Drinks
Choose from 40+ built-in drink templates or create custom drinks with any volume and ABV. Each drink is timestamped for precise absorption modeling.
3. Review Your Sessions
See your estimated BAC curve, review when your level approaches baseline, and browse your complete session history.
