RAD Weather is a precision weather terminal that compares multiple forecast sources in one beautifully engineered interface.
Built for people who want more than a single forecast number, RAD Weather blends sources like NWS, Open-Meteo, Environment Canada, Apple WeatherKit, and supported regional alert systems to show where the forecast agrees, where it disagrees, and how confident it really feels.
MULTI-SOURCE INTELLIGENCE
Most weather apps show one forecast and call it done. RAD cross-references multiple providers so you can see the bigger picture. When models agree, confidence rises. When they split, RAD shows the uncertainty instead of hiding it.
BRUTALITY LEVELS
Choose how your weather is delivered. Keep it professional, or let RAD get progressively more blunt, chaotic, and brutally honest about what the sky is doing.

I live in a place where weather can change all the time, so I have bounced around with weather apps for years. This one is one of my favorites. The best feature by far is combing different sources to give you one solid reading of what the weather might be like. I love the UI and themes, the free version is good and the paid version isn’t necessary but still adds features more in depth users benefit from. The only things I wish to see in the future is more control over the live activity and a better iPad app (it’s just a big version of the iPhone app) but those are minor in the grand scheme of weather apps. Well made and I love supporting indie developers! Keep adding cool features and improving accuracy/models and this will be the best weather app for a while! Edit: this developer is one of the best I’ve seen, an update went out today that improved the iPad and Mac apps!

Thanks for the amazing feedback! I’ll definitely dive into that. On the next update already have a focus on some speed , efficiency and data backup upgrades. I definitely need to look into the iPad app more. Live activities would love to know what else you’d like to see. If you want (no pressure) shoot me an email - rozzilabs@gmail.com and would love to see what you think I can add/expand on. Sam R.A.D. Weather
Great Weather App!

I absolutely love this app. I have used quite a few weather apps in the past, trying to find the right one. This one finds the right balance - all the info you need, while providing it in a more engaging format that keeps you wanting to continue to use it. The developer is also very receptive to ideas and is constantly working to put together the best app and experience as possible, consistently looking to add more features and improve those already present. This is the type of app you want to- one in which the developer is just as passionate out the app as the users. Don’t sit on this app!

Thanks for the review And glad you enjoy it! Always looking for ways to make it better and improve on it. Goal is informative and fun so if I’m doing that I’m succeeding.
This is the one

After trying what feels like 100 different weather apps and ditching them all for one reason or another, I came across RAD Weather and have not looked back. The retro aesthetic, the customization options, the highly accurate forecast pulled from multiple sources, small development team that listens to feedback.. there’s really nothing else even close in my opinion. Oh, and they have a one time lifetime sub option, instead of being locked into subscription fees.
Developer Response
Thank you so much, this was a fun little side passion project because I got tired of checking the weather and waiting 5 minutes because of ads. Just working away to make it a solid base, as bug free as possible and keep adding some fun stuff. A LOT planned and in the works ;)
Wish I could give 10 stars

I never write reviews. I just don’t. This app is legit. I probably have 3 other weather apps, some paid some freebies, this RAD app is my go to. Tides, moon phases, detailed forecasts, cloud cover, custom tiles, severe weather alerts, and constant upgrades that make it better and better every time I open the app. Oh, and the Apple Watch complications, or whatever they call it, are clutch. Love the temp and forecast right on my wrist. THANK YOU to the developer(s). Do yourself a favor and download this app.
Developer Response
No THANK YOU for such kind words and support. The community behind this all is what keeps it going. Mentally, morally and financially. I’m glad you appreciate it and love all the fun and useful things that have been added, always tell users to check out the site or subreddit r/radweather as I love conversing with users, bouncing off ideas and possible new features.
