This update introduces a redesigned lock screen live activity layout displaying up to four routes horizontally side by side with their upcoming minutes until arrival. It fixes the live activity sync for offline static schedules so that routes like NY Waterway and Seastreak show active minutes. It cleans up the in-app commute cards by removing redundant operator text and schedule badges. It also refines departure board headers for Metro North, Long Island Rail Road, and NJ Transit by removing duplicate destination names that already appear in the tables below.

Proximity-Based Station Sorting: Station selectors now automatically sort based on your live GPS coordinates to show your closest transit stops instantly. Unified Category Navigation: A beautiful, restructured 'Add Route' grid that simplifies navigation into 5 premium tiles: Subway, Commuter Rail, City Bus, Suburban Bus, and Waterfront Ferries. Complete Suburban Bus Networks: We expanded our regional coverage to include the entire, full-scale county transit networks for Westchester Bee-Line (59 routes, 2,803 stops), Nassau NICE Bus (46 routes, 2,473 stops), and Hudson Link (7 routes, 30 stops). Restored Bee-Line Real-Time: Active real-time countdowns and live badges are fully restored using our new GMV/ITO World feed integration and expanded platform mappings. Premium Typography & Layout: A global stop-name shortening policy strips redundant operator text for clean, single-line rendering, alongside dynamic title padding to prevent badge overlaps.

Express Train Detection — NJ Transit departure boards now highlight express trains with a glowing "EXP" indicator. Trains that depart later but arrive sooner are automatically flagged so you can pick the fastest ride. NJ Transit Data Fix — Amtrak trains (Acela, Regional, Keystone) no longer appear on NJ Transit departure boards at shared stations like Metropark and Penn Station. Widget Fix — NJ Transit ETAs now display correctly on the lock screen widget. Updated Schedules — NJ Transit rail timetables refreshed through May 2026.

This update brings significant improvements to the reliability and accuracy of New Jersey Transit commute cards. We resolved an issue where train destinations would incorrectly display as a fallback placeholder instead of the actual station name. Furthermore, we refined the schedule filtering system to automatically drop trains traveling in the incorrect direction and remove departed trains showing negative arrival times. For trains scheduled far into the future, the arrival timer now cleanly formats durations over sixty minutes into hours and minutes. Under the hood, we migrated to a new token generation system to greatly improve real-time schedule stability.

NJ Transit Light Rail (HBLR, NLR, River Line) has arrived! We've also redesigned the Bus selection flow to group stops by direction and fixed data issues for the S Line shuttle. Enjoy a faster, more reliable commute experience.
