HOW IT WORKS
pick a challenge when you set your alarm. when it fires, snoozing isn't an option. the alarm keeps going until you complete your mission:
- math problems, from easy to "why did i do this to myself"
- pushups, your phone's motion sensors count them, no cheating
- squats, same deal, legs edition
- photo proof, snap a picture of an object randomly picked. bathroom sink, coffee machine, front door. you have to physically get up. that's the trick.
by the time you've finished, you're awake. not "scrolling in bed" awake. actually awake.
