Your app has the potential to be one of the best, but it has some major issues that need to be fixed.The biggest problem is that it does not convert captions from other languages into English properly. Since English is a universal language, this feature should be a top priority. Please make it possible to generate accurate English captions quickly from any language. When the app was first launched, it was much faster and handled different languages much better than it does now.The second major issue is the overall caption generation quality. The app is currently neither accurate nor fast when generating captions in different languages. Both the speed and the accuracy have become worse, which affects the user experience.Finally, please add an option to import SRT subtitle files. This would allow users to use subtitles generated from other sources and make their workflow much easier.I hope these issues are addressed soon because this app has great potential.

English captions currently achieve up to 98% accuracy, while all other languages are still in beta and being refined. Captions are fully synced and play with the voice to ensure timing stays precise. We’ve also added new animation sliders so you can adjust drop shadows and animation speed for more creative control. The concept of this app is great, I love the text animations and colors/ styles you can pick from but there’s a couple issues. First, whatever software is being used to transcribe is pretty inaccurate compared to other captions apps I’ve used. I have to do a lot of corrections for spelling and the wrong words being put out. Second and most importantly, the exported video is super choppy. When I export a video (my talking head videos are always 24 frames per sec) the playback of that video is unusable. The exporter from this app makes it look like the video is 16-18 fps which I can’t use or deliver to a client. This app has great potential but I can’t justify paying for a subscription or even using it until at least the low frame rate export issue is fixed

Just come over this app for a second time thinking of a gotten better, but it took literally five minutes just for the Captions to load and my phone was overheating mind you the video is only 14 seconds. Should not take this long on top of that the interface I couldn’t click on the different tabs as some of them are off screen and they don’t lineup properly. The play button is over the hide button. It just does not make sense. This is in need of a huge revamp.
