Welcome • Opening the app for the first time now walks you through what's here, five slides at a time: your unit, your bills and your building in one place; reporting an issue and following the repair; knowing when a parcel lands and letting visitors in with a pass; booking the pool, the gym and shared spaces; and the community wall. Signing in • If signing in on another device signed this phone out, you now get a page that says exactly that — with the time it happened and a button to sign back in here — instead of a network error that explained nothing.

A smoother sign-in, and a tab bar that belongs on iOS 26. • On iOS 26 and later, the bottom tabs are now the system tab bar, drawn in Liquid Glass. Your parcel count still rides along, and tapping a tab works exactly as before. • Signing in and creating an account no longer fight your keyboard. Your phone stops suggesting the wrong email address over the field you're typing in, and stops autocorrecting what you type there.

A calmer wall, approvals for unit invites, and Visitors redesigned. The wall • New posts are now checked against the community guidelines before they go up. Your post waits in In review, where only you can see it, and appears on the wall once it's posted. • The In review page keeps them together — "1 post in review", "Only you can see it" — with the text and photos of anything that couldn't be sent, so you can retry it or discard it. • You'll be asked to read and agree to the community guidelines before joining the conversation. • Community moderators get a Moderation queue for posts and comments held by the check or reported by residents. My unit • Invites to people joining your unit may now need management approval first. They're sent for approval, and nobody is contacted until management approves. • My unit tracks them under With management, each one Waiting or Not approved, with a banner while any are still waiting. Visitors • Every pass is now a ticket card, marked WEEKLY, ONE-TIME or WALK-IN at a glance. • Stamp parking with a tap. The slot on an on-site visitor's ticket spins while it stamps, then leaves a rubber-stamp mark showing whether you or staff stamped it. • The summary card puts Upcoming and On site side by side, and the day's list filters to All, Inside or Not checked in. • Picking dates is clearer: one Visit dates field, and a picker that tells you what you're confirming before you confirm it. • Weekly passes can be edited, and a lapsed one says so — with the date it ended and what to do about it. • Extending a one-time pass is now a choice between Tomorrow and a date you pick. • Past visitors shows when each visitor arrived, when they left, and how long they stayed. • Passes and counts now follow the unit you have selected. Elsewhere • Picking your property during sign-up is easier to read, and what you type into the search box is no longer lost while the list is still loading. • Report stays visible on a post or comment you've already reported, now showing "Already reported" instead of quietly disappearing. • Event times no longer shift by your device's time zone. Fixes • The layout no longer breaks when Display size or Screen zoom is turned up. • Cancelling a pass asks the same way on every phone. • The Upcoming count no longer lingers after the last pass is used or cancelled.

Visitors is here. Visitors • Invite your guests and see what's upcoming at a glance. • Answer at the gate. When a visitor arrives you get an alert showing who it is — let them in or decline, with an undo if you tap too fast. If several arrive at once they stack, so you can work through them. • Parking stamps are tracked for you: who still needs a stamp, who's been stamped, and when everything is settled. • Past visitors shows who actually came, not just who you invited. • Visitor notifications now open straight to the card they're about, and the Visitors tile on Home badges your day. Elsewhere • A tidier screen when a maintenance request can't be found. • Fixed a Home refresh issue that could stutter when returning to the app.

A better chat, notices in your language, and saved cards at checkout. Chat • See who's in your unit's chat. • Redesigned room cards on the chat list, with a clearer property avatar. • Photos and GIFs look better, and documents now appear as their own card instead of inside a message bubble. • Replies show the right attachment, and the typing indicator is easier to read. Notices • The language you pick in the app is now remembered, and notices are shown and refreshed in it. • Notices show a preview image on Home and in the list, and load more smoothly. Amenities • Each amenity now shows where it is — building and floor — including on your booking calendar. • Amenities open around the clock are marked "Open 24 hours". Bills • Your saved cards now appear in the payment sheet. • The card form picks your country automatically. Maintenance and invites • A clearer View messages button on a maintenance request. • A simpler form for inviting people to your unit.

Chat • A new look: redesigned message bubbles, reactions and thread background. • Search now opens in place of the message box instead of floating over your conversation. Community wall • If your juristic turns the community wall off, you'll see a clear message instead of empty screens. • Moderators now get notifications that open the moderation queue. • A post keeps its translation when you open it, and likes and RSVPs no longer get refused if you tap twice. Sign in • A clearer wait between code requests, with a heads-up before requests are paused.

Home • Home is now yours to arrange. Add widgets, drag them to move, resize them, or remove the ones you don't use. • A new banner and notices deck put what matters at the top. • Double-tap the Home tab to jump back to the top. Notifications • New notification settings let you choose exactly which push alerts you get — billing, parcels, maintenance, notices, amenity bookings, chat, social and moderation. Turning one off only stops the interruption; everything still appears in the app. Emergency alerts are always sent. • New posts and replies on your property feed now send a notification, and tapping it opens the post. Social • Photos look better on every post, whether it's one photo or several. • Tap a photo to open it full screen, pinch or double-tap to zoom, and save it to your device. • Pinch a post to peek at it, pull down to refresh the wall, and see likes and comments right on the action bar. • A redesigned event panel, faster avatars, and a smoother comment thread. Chat • Translate any message into your language, and switch back to the original at any time. • Attach photos from a gallery tray inside the chat, without leaving the app. Bills, parcels and amenities • Payment fees and late fees now appear as their own line on your receipt. • Parcel photos load noticeably faster. • Confirming an amenity booking takes you straight to the booking details. Fixes • Tapping a notification now reliably opens the right screen instead of landing on Home. • Home notices now respect your block.

Chat • You can now edit your own messages. Edits are marked and show up instantly for everyone in the conversation. Faster requests • Photos now start uploading the moment you pick them, so submitting a maintenance request or suggestion no longer waits on the upload. • Maintenance forms tell you what's still missing while Submit is disabled, so it's clear what to fill in. Home • Quick actions have been redesigned as colour-coded icon tiles that are quicker to scan and easier to tap. Getting started • A simpler welcome screen — Sign in, Register and "I have an invitation" are now in one place. • Verification wording now says "OTP" consistently. Amenities • Clearer message when a day or time slot can't be booked. Fixes • Switching property now sticks after the app refreshes. • Fixed buttons that could ignore taps near their edges.

Paying your bills has moved into the app. PAY IN A FEW TAPS Select a single bill or several and settle them together. Pay with a credit or debit card, or with a PromptPay QR code you can scan in any Thai banking app. Card payments are secured by Stripe — your card details are never stored by QasaLiving. PROMPTPAY THAT FITS HOW YOU BANK Save the QR straight to your photo gallery, scan it from your album inside your bank app, then come back and watch the transfer confirm. ALWAYS KNOW WHERE A PAYMENT STANDS Payments update live on their own screen. Leave whenever you like — we'll notify you the moment yours is confirmed. Anything still settling stays visible under Payments in progress. NO DOUBLE PAYMENTS AT SHARED UNITS If someone else at your unit is already paying a bill, you'll see it marked on the list before you pay it too. EVERY CHARGE EXPLAINED Open any bill for a line-by-line breakdown — base charges, adjustments, waivers and late fees — with the billing period and due date. Overdue bills show you exactly what the late fee is. RECEIPTS AND HISTORY Every settled payment produces a receipt you can view and save to your gallery, and your full payment history is one tap from the Bills screen.

Booking an amenity is now one screen, not a wizard Pick a date and see every open time slot on the same page — no more filling in guest details for a day that turns out to be fully booked. Each slot tells you why it's unavailable (Full, Past, Closed, No credits), your remaining booking credits are shown right where you choose, and confirming takes you straight to your booking details. Translate notices on demand Notices now offer a Translate button based on the language they were actually written in, and translate the moment you tap — same behaviour as the Community wall. Faster to open, no waiting for translations you never asked for. Buy & Sell prices show the right currency Listings are now priced in your property's currency automatically, so you no longer pick it yourself when posting.
