AI VOICE BOOKKEEPING Speak to record fares, expenses and notes, reducing typing and after-shift admin. This Pro feature requires internet access. OVERNIGHT SHIFTS Set your business day cutoff so records after midnight are assigned to the correct business day. UNPAID FARES AND EXPENSE RECONCILIATION Mark uncollected fares and update their status when paid. Set up multiple expense payment methods, including credit cards and electronic payments. Track pending and paid expenses. Expenses are recorded on the date they are incurred. Paying later only updates their status, so the expense is not counted twice. WORKING TIME AND HOURLY INCOME Record shift start and end times, breaks and mileage. Review working time and income per hour, kilometre and trip. Pro adds monthly work reports and time-of-day efficiency analysis. FUEL AND ENERGY ANALYSIS Use fuel, charging and mileage records to track consumption and cost per kilometre. Recording fuel and charging expenses is free; advanced energy analysis requires Pro. Record income and expenses, manage unpaid fares, view basic daily/monthly statistics, search, edit and export local backups. To restore a local backup, sign in to your member account with Apple or a phone number. Free members can enable automatic personal cloud backup to save daily backups in iCloud, using their own cloud storage. Uploads require the app to run and an internet connection. To restore on a new phone, sign in to the same app and cloud accounts.
