Fixes a crash that stopped Cadence from opening on iPhones not running iOS 26.

Here's what we've updated in this version: • Priority medications stand out in your list. • Back up everything to a file: export a complete copy of your medications, doses, reflections and settings, to bring back later or onto a new phone. • A warmer onboarding welcome. The opening and restore screens have been redrawn. • Doctor visits: keep an appointment in Cadence with who you're seeing, what it's for and when, and get a reminder the evening before and again on the day. Add it to your calendar in a tap. Turn it on under Settings, Appointments. Requested by Maria • Questions to ask: jot down what you want to raise as it comes to you, from the Today screen or straight after logging a symptom, then tick each one off in the room. Cadence suggests things worth asking too, like a medication you've been missing or a symptom that keeps coming back. • Your doctor report now covers everything since your last visit rather than a set month, and prints the appointment details and your questions alongside it. • Fixed: opening Insights could close the app if you'd ever logged two reflections on the same day.

Thanks for all your feedback and suggestions. Some helpful improvements in this release: • Set reminder times to the half or quarter hour. Times are no longer limited to the top of the hour, so you can be reminded at 8:30 AM instead of just 8:00. This works on Apple Watch too. • Import your medications from Apple Health. Skip the typing. Pull in your existing meds (and their times, estimated from your Health history) and confirm them in a quick review screen. Requires iOS 26. • Option to turn off the 'how are you feeling' prompt altering logging a medication. • Schedule medications by day of the month. For medication you take on set calendar days, like the first 12 days of every month. Handles short months automatically, so it never drifts the way an on/off cycle does. • Prefer to tap instead of swipe? A new setting turns off swipe-to-log so you confirm or skip doses with the Take and Skip buttons instead. Find it in Settings under Accessibility. Great if you swipe by accident. • Cycle calendar now colors your whole period. Logging your period days fills in the color across the calendar, including the days still ahead in a period you are in and upcoming predicted days. • Reminders you can count on. We found and fixed several ways reminders could quietly stop arriving, particularly for medications taken every few days, every few hours, or on set days of the month. • Cadence now checks your iPhone's settings. If something on your phone is holding reminders back, like Scheduled Summary saving them for a daily digest or a Focus silencing them, Settings will tell you and show you exactly what to change.

We've done some more work on language localisation. • Symptom, trigger and feeling names are translated into your local language. • Your export report now exports in your language, headings and all. • Medication categories, dose forms and units are translated, so "2 tablets" reads properly wherever you are. • The note field when logging a symptom is now always visible, instead of appearing only after you pick a symptom. • Insights labels and health summaries translated throughout.

Quick update in this version: Fixed a display bug where medication names and times could wrap awkwardly in Greek and other languages.

Here's what's new in this version. Thanks again for your feedback and suggestions :) Cadence now speaks German, Spanish and French. The app follows your iPhone's language, so your reminders, the Today screen, insights and the Apple Watch app are all translated. Long-press the Cadence icon to quickly log a dose that's due right now. Cycle tracking (BETA): log your period in a few taps, see your current phase and a countdown to your next period, get predicted days and a heads-up reminder on your calendar, tag hormone meds like birth control or HRT, spot patterns with your symptoms, and sync period history with Apple Health. These estimates are a rough guide, not a fertility or contraception tool. Fixed a sticky notification issue that was impacting some users.

Thanks for the reviews and feedback that make Cadence better. Here's what's new in this version: Fixed a bug where cycle medications (like a 21-days-on, 7-days-off pill) could keep asking for a dose during their off-days. They now pause correctly for the break and resume with your next cycle. Find a pharmacy near you: when a medication is running low, tap to see nearby pharmacies on a map with distances, directions, and phone numbers. You can also now long-press Skip on any dose to mark it "Not needed today" — it's set aside without counting against your rhythm, for the days a scheduled dose genuinely isn't needed.

A few updates from feedback received. Thanks for all your messages which help to improve the app! You can now log several symptoms at once — tap every symptom that applies in one go, instead of one at a time. You can add your own reflection topics — type your own words when none of the good-thing or challenge suggestions fit your day. Faster as-needed logging — tapping Log Dose logs it right away; use the new clock button (or a long press) to set the exact time you took it. Bigger Take and Skip buttons — the dose buttons on your Today screen are larger and easier to tap. Fix — with adaptive reminder timing turned off, dose cards no longer show an "Adapted" time that didn't apply. Reminders keep coming, even if you don't open the app — daily and weekly medication reminders now repeat on their own, so they no longer quietly stop after a few days.

Thanks for your feedback. Here's what is new in this version: • Logging a dose late? Now you can set the exact time you took it, for scheduled and as-needed meds. • The app icon now shows a badge with how many doses are still due. • New setting: get reminders at your exact scheduled time. This is for those would would prefer not to use the smart timing feature. Accessible via settings.

Just a small update: - New "Forgot to take it" skip reason, so your insights capture the most common reason accurately.

A few updates from your feedback: Track half-tablet doses with confidence. Splitting a pill? Cadence now counts fractional doses like 1.5 tablets exactly, so your supply and "days left" always match what's really in the bottle. A truer "days left." Your runway now reflects how much you actually take each day, so refill reminders land right on time. Your data, in your hands. Export everything to a single file and save or share it in a tap. Small fix: "Take all" now asks when you actually took your overdue doses, matching how single doses already worked. Your rhythm stays accurate.

A few small tweaks to improve your app experience: Skip a dose without the questions. Each medication now has an "Ask why when skipping" setting. Turn it off for supplements or anything routine, and skipping logs instantly with no reason prompt. The skip is still tracked in your history and rhythm. Smarter grouped reminders. If several meds are due at the same time and you take one early, the reminder no longer counts it. You'll only be reminded about the doses you still have left.

A few small updates to make your Cadence experience better: New "Daily welcome screen" toggle (Settings → Notifications → In-app). Trial-ended briefing capped to 3 days and now respects the toggle off status. Swipe-card Take/Skip color bleed fix.

Thanks for all your feedback and suggestions. New in this release: Log a dose on a day it wasn't scheduled. Took a med outside its usual days? Tap "Log a dose taken" and it's recorded, shown in a new "Also taken" section, with one-tap undo. Fix a dose's time after logging it. Confirmed this morning but actually took it last night? Open a completed dose and choose Edit Time. See your taper as a chart. A medication's History now shows your tapering doses stepping down over time, plus a "Day X of Y" progress bar for fixed-length courses. Smarter label scanning (Beta). Scanning a prescription now reads the directions, quantity, and refills, and fills in your schedule and supply for you. It also recovers from slightly blurry or misread names, so it lands on the right medication far more often.

Your remaining-days estimate now accounts for how often you actually take each medication. A med you take a few days a week now shows the real number of days before you need a refill, instead of just the unit count. You will see it in your medication list and on your Today screen. A better fit on smaller iPhones. Screens now scroll properly on compact devices like the iPhone SE, so nothing gets cut off. Priority medications, made clear. The setting for your most important medications now describes exactly what it does: those doses always get their own reminder and stand out on your Today screen, so they never get lost among the rest. Scan round bottles more easily • The label scanner now builds up the text as you slowly rotate a round bottle, so curved labels are far easier to capture. Smarter reminders • Choose how follow-up reminders work: remind again after 10, 15 or 30 minutes, up to three times, until you log the dose. • Fixed an issue where logging a dose early could still trigger its reminder. Just a couple of smaller bug fixes and improvements: Log your "as needed" meds right from your wrist, no need to reach for your phone when you take a PRN dose. See your spacing at a glance: the Watch shows when your next dose is due and how many you've taken in the last 24 hours. If you're still inside your minimum gap or at your daily limit, the Watch asks you to confirm before logging, then respects your call. Logged by mistake? Swipe any as-needed dose on the Watch to undo it. Fixed your rhythm getting stuck on "Building a picture" past the warm-up period. It now shows up on time. Clearer wording on timing insights. New yellow medication colour, and a currency selector (£/$/€ and more) for cost tracking under Settings → Units, defaulting to your region. Fixed two celebration pop-ups overlapping when your first-ever dose also completes the day.

Thanks to those who have submitted feature requests. Here's what's new in this version: • PRN spacing rules: set an optional minimum gap between PRN doses and a rolling 24-hour limit. A live countdown shows when your next dose is ready, and Cadence gently warns you if a dose comes too soon instead of blocking you. Common pain meds fill in sensible defaults. • Daily Reflection toggle, fully off: turning off Daily Reflection now also hides the morning briefing and evening "all done" screen, and stops it from affecting your rhythm. If you only want medication reminders, you can have just that. • Refill adds to your supply: refilling a med with 12 doses left and a 50-pack now correctly shows 62, not 50.
