First and foremost, the dramas on here are ADDICTIVE! I just can’t stop watching them. So I bought the $3.99 day pass to try out the app to it’s fullest extent, I just don’t have the availability for a full weekly/monthly subscription at the moment, and when i went to cancel it was nowhere to be found! I emailed support and in less than 5 minutes (less than 4 minutes to be precise) I received a response from support. It took a total of 15 minutes between me being a little distracted and replying to support to get it cancelled and all my concerns addressed! I will definitely be coming back to VibeShort when I can allocate some funds specifically for it! Besides the great shows, the VibeShort team is just as great and shows the appreciate their consumers. Very rare to see nowadays, I am extremely impressed.

With all the apps that I downloaded my iPhone, they will ask you or give you a discount if they do have and you just click it if you want to or not, but I wanna try this AI thing but it was a little expensive but when I saw that I got a discount for it for $15 something I did pay for it and after that, I did cancel it because I just wanna try one week it’s supposed to be $20 something but I paid for a discount one and cancel it before My ending bills that I had to pay for it in a normal monthly or weekly pay but like I said, I only paid for discount and I cancel it quickly and just watch as much I wanted for that one week before it ending but I get non-stop getting money out of my cash up with this app so I’m saying be careful downloading this and using your real debit card. Before I delete this app, I make sure that I don’t need to pay anything like any other app that I have before I don’t pay anything before I delete the app. Any subscription or nothing at all and I did not have subscription in this app in the same time. I look make sure I don’t need to pay every week before I delete this and still trying to get money from my Cash App. I don’t think I own this app a money that I did not pay for for what I watch so I had to block this up because trying to get my money when I didn’t even do anything wrong .

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! This app is not worth downloading or subscribing to. If you do make the mistake of subscribing, or even making a one time purchase, they automatically subscribe you and you’re not able to cancel the subscription. I attempted to unsubscribe and was still charged for another week. When I attempted to reach out via email to have to money returned, instead of returning my money, they charged me AGAIN!!! Don’t give them your business and give them the chance to steal from you.UPDATE: I find it hilarious that the company responded to everyone’s negative reviews with the exact same message. They want you to provide the UID in order to issue a refund or cancel your subscription, but when the UID is provided, they tell you that they are unable to locate that UID as it doesn’t exist. I had to provide them with a screenshot of the UID within the app to prove that it was correct. Then they have the audacity to ask you to give them a 5 star review or update your review in the hopes that it will be more positive. After having to email the company MULTIPLE times through two different emails and get generic BS responses and then be told that my account with them didn’t exist and having to provide screenshots MULTIPLE times to prove that it did, I would give them no stars if it was an option.

The only reason why this app is getting a two star is because the videos are half with decent and entertaining that’s where the good compliments end. The first show that I watched that I came over from social media complicate with a bus it didn’t even have a complete ending in short and then I did not want to stay with the membership on the subscription trying to cancel that night, but it didn’t show up. I thought maybe it was taking a while so I waited until the following day still could not cancel still was not showing up in my subscriptions under my Apple ID because I was working I forgot about it for a little while, but it kept trying to come back and cancel it. I tried reaching out to the developer within the app under feedback however there is nothing to click on under there. Just fake links although it would cost you more in the long run I would rather buy the coins and get stuck in a subscription. I have reported this to Apple support and even then remote into my device so they can see that I’m not just another person trying to get their money back after forgetting they need to cancel.
