Like a lot of the reviews say, it does take you out of the app to subscribe and thus you cannot unsubscribe with the instructions provided in the app. (Can’t go through settings and subscriptions) However, when you use the provided customer service email (I used the feedback link or some of the responses on reviews have provided the email) they cancel it promptly when you give them your user ID and tell them the issue. Not a bad app, just need to rework that portion so you don’t get redirected and HAVE to contact customer service for cancellation. I received prompt service when I used it though, so just a minor inconvenience more than anything. And obviously try to cancel BEFORE the recharge date bc in the terms they tell you users can’t get a refund if you don’t cancel 24 hours beforehand.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! This app is not worth downloading or subscribing to. If you do make the mistake of subscribing, or even making a one time purchase, they automatically subscribe you and you’re not able to cancel the subscription. I attempted to unsubscribe and was still charged for another week. When I attempted to reach out via email to have to money returned, instead of returning my money, they charged me AGAIN!!! Don’t give them your business and give them the chance to steal from you.UPDATE: I find it hilarious that the company responded to everyone’s negative reviews with the exact same message. They want you to provide the UID in order to issue a refund or cancel your subscription, but when the UID is provided, they tell you that they are unable to locate that UID as it doesn’t exist. I had to provide them with a screenshot of the UID within the app to prove that it was correct. Then they have the audacity to ask you to give them a 5 star review or update your review in the hopes that it will be more positive. After having to email the company MULTIPLE times through two different emails and get generic BS responses and then be told that my account with them didn’t exist and having to provide screenshots MULTIPLE times to prove that it did, I would give them no stars if it was an option.

The only reason why this app is getting a two star is because the videos are half with decent and entertaining that’s where the good compliments end. The first show that I watched that I came over from social media complicate with a bus it didn’t even have a complete ending in short and then I did not want to stay with the membership on the subscription trying to cancel that night, but it didn’t show up. I thought maybe it was taking a while so I waited until the following day still could not cancel still was not showing up in my subscriptions under my Apple ID because I was working I forgot about it for a little while, but it kept trying to come back and cancel it. I tried reaching out to the developer within the app under feedback however there is nothing to click on under there. Just fake links although it would cost you more in the long run I would rather buy the coins and get stuck in a subscription. I have reported this to Apple support and even then remote into my device so they can see that I’m not just another person trying to get their money back after forgetting they need to cancel.

Literally as other people are saying here DO NOT BUY IT. I only got the trial subscription so I could watch this story only for it not to even be a complete story, it ends on a cliffhanger. Anyway I was trying to cancel it before I get billed for a full week and there’s no way to actually do it in the app or through Apple or through setting like they describe in the app. You can’t even click on anything when you do go into settings in the app. Anyway I had to call my bank and since I just made the payment about 2 hours ago now it hasn’t posted yet so they can’t do anything until it posts but rest assured I will be cancelling this and I don’t recommend it AT ALL. Oh yeah and funny enough the emails they provide don’t even work, the first one wouldn’t even send cause the address isn’t valid and the other one I found through their FAQ said the address couldn’t be found or that it was unable to receive mail. So basically the people who made this app made it so you can’t cancel the subscription unless you go through your bank. Thankfully I caught this as soon as I did and saw the reviews ( which I wished I would’ve looked at beforehand so I could’ve avoided downloading the app all together ). But yeah don’t waste your time with this.
