Off until you turn sync on. extendo on iPhone is the free companion to extendo for Mac (a tiny menu-bar clipboard history manager). Flip a single toggle in the Mac app's Sync settings and the last things you copied on your Mac show up here within a few seconds, ready to tap-to-copy back onto the iPhone clipboard. — PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • Off until you turn on iCloud sync in extendo for Mac. • Items are end-to-end encrypted on your Mac with an AES-256-GCM key that lives only on your paired devices, then synced through your own iCloud as ciphertext. We can't read them and neither can the iCloud service. • To read the same clipboard on this iPhone, pair the two devices explicitly. The Mac shows a one-time 6-digit code in Settings → Sync → "Pair a device"; this iPhone uses the code to unwrap a copy of the key and stores it locally in the Keychain. • Unpair at any time from the About sheet, or wipe the encrypted iCloud history zone entirely from the same screen. • No accounts, no sign-up, no analytics. — SENSITIVE ITEMS STAY LOCAL • On-device heuristics on the Mac detect API keys, JWTs, one-time codes, and credit card numbers and hold them back from sync. • Override per-item if you actually want a secret on your phone. — WHAT SYNCS • Plain text and rich text (formatted snippets). • Images and files never leave your Mac in this version. — ON THE iPHONE • Searchable grid of your last copies, with filters by type. • Tap a card to copy back to your clipboard. Long-press for more. • Multiselect — tap the check button in the top bar to enter selection mode, pick any number of items (or "All"), then hide or delete them in one batch. • Push-based sync — a copy on the Mac arrives here within a few seconds; no need to pull-to-refresh. • Light + dark mode. Pull to refresh. — PAIRING WITH THE MAC APP extendo for Mac is a separate purchase / free download on the Mac App Store. This iPhone app on its own does nothing — it relies on sync from the Mac.
