ResponderMap can now receive a destination location from a deep link and display it as a marker on your map. This lays the groundwork for upcoming dispatch and partner app integrations. Tap the destination marker to dismiss it. The marker stays in place as you move between tabs and dismisses reliably when tapped. Minor stability and reliability improvements.

Bug Fixes & Improvements: Fixed MapScreen not loading on iOS — Resolved a circular dependency where the map wouldn't render until GPS was available, but GPS couldn't fire until the map rendered. MapView now always mounts (with opacity 0) and reveals once real GPS coordinates arrive. Eliminated default map locations (0,0 / Europe) — Prevented onRegionChangeComplete from treating Google Maps' internal default coordinates as user interaction. The map no longer briefly shows Africa (0,0) or Europe on initial load or when returning from other tabs. Fixed map recentering on return from background — Added an AppState listener that recenters the map on the user's GPS location when returning from a true background state, while ignoring notification shade dismissals and system dialogs (inactive → active transitions). Fixed notification shade dismiss triggering zoom — Distinguished between inactive → active (notification shade, multitask switcher) and background → active (true app resume) to prevent unintended map animations. Fixed notification tap "boomerang" effect — Added a synchronous notificationNavigationPending flag (via new src/utils/navigationState.ts module) that prevents GPS re-seeding from pulling the map to "my location" before the notification-driven closure zoom completes.
