Cookn AI: Snap Cook Eat Repeat Cookn AI meal plan tutorial: 1. On the bottom left navigation menu, click Cook, and pick Cookn What, Cookn How, or Tell Cookn AI what you want. Generate a recipe, or save a shared recipe in the community page. The more recipes you generate/save, the more meals you have for planning 2. Navigate back to the Cook page, click on meal planning, choose a day to meal plan, and follow the instructions on the Cook page. All meal plan nutrition is analyzed for up to 47 nutrients and automatically logged to the nutrition page Cookn AI Pantry: 1. On the bottom left navigation menu, click Cook and then click on Pantry 2. On the bottom of the Pantry page click on Scan Pantry and take a picture of your fridge, and it will automatically log items in your fridge. 3. Set expiration dates on logged pantry items or select multiple pantry items and press Start Cookn to generate a recipe. Cookn AI nutrition log tutorial: 1. On the home page, click on Scan Nutrition. Click on scan item or scan nutrition label. We did not choose to implement barcode scans, as some nutritional databases might be outdated 2. If the nutrition label text is too small, change the camera lens from 1x to .5x 3. Snap a picture and receive a breakdown of Core nutrition (Calories, Protein, Carbs, Sugars, Sodium, Dietary Fiber).
