Results arrive in your timeline when they are ready. Available in the United States today, with more countries on the way.

Heart & Vascular, Metabolic Health, Blood, Kidney, Inflammation, Hormones, Brain Health, Nutrients, Gut Health, Toxins, Stress & Energy. Each biomarker comes with status at a glance, optimal ranges, and a plain-language explanation of why it matters and what can affect it.
See your Octo Score and Biological Age
One number for where you stand, calculated from your own results across all 11 categories, plus a Biological Age estimate. Both update as new results arrive, so you see direction and not just today.

Biological Age and Octo Score are estimates calculated from your biomarker results. They are not a diagnosis and not a prediction of health outcomes. Always talk to your doctor about your results and any decisions about your health.
MEMBERSHIP
Octo Health offers annual memberships, Octo Core and Octo Plus. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Pricing is shown at checkout in your local currency. Manage or cancel anytime in your account settings.

• New subscription model with Core and Complete memberships. Members in Portugal on either one can order a blood test and have it drawn at a Germano de Sousa laboratory.
• The app, emails and notifications are available in European Portuguese.
• Sign-up, onboarding, payment, subscription and first-login events reach Customer.io.
Biomarkers & Octo Score
• Selecting the Octo Score opens the chart of how it has changed over time.
• Octo Score and category scores from 70 to 89 now show "Fair".
• On mobile, the biomarker detail shows the current category names.
• The biomarkers dot matrix shows only the user's own biomarkers; empty dots appear only when there are none yet.
Insights & charts
• Chronic insights page back to the first check-in, not to the date the account was created.
Records & timeline
• On mobile, Complete on an ongoing symptom turns "Still ongoing" off, so the symptom ends.
• On Android, a chronic condition just added in Medical History can be linked when adding a medical record.
• Complete on an ongoing record opens Edit Record with the toggle off and End Date set to today.
• Every lab test on the timeline now starts with "Lab test".
Check-in
• The check-in opens on its own the first time the app is opened after a new check-in becomes available at 20:00.
Onboarding
• On Android, Continue on Goals finishes onboarding and opens the Dashboard.
Account & app-wide
• In Portuguese, Lab Tests, Account, Insights and sign-up are fully translated, with no cut-off text or wrong words.
• On mobile, surgery years before 2002 show correctly in Medical History.
• The "Connect your wearables" tile shows a disabled "Coming soon" button.
