Absurd Running is a race-day companion for ultra runners. Build your plan on
absurdrunning.com — checkpoints, pacing, fueling rules, tasks, gear — then import
it to your phone and let the app run the plan with you.
RACE WITH A PLAN
The app tracks your progress against plan in real time, tells you whether you're
ahead or behind, counts you down to the next checkpoint, and fires notifications
for the right gel, salt tab, or hydration at the right time.
LIVE ACTIVITY ON THE LOCK SCREEN
Distance, pace, ETA to the next checkpoint, and your next task — visible at a
glance.
FUELING STRATEGY
Set rules like "one gel every 45 min" or "salt tab every hour after CP3," and the
app turns them into timed reminders during your race.
CHECKPOINTS
Each checkpoint shows your ETA, what you planned to grab, what's in your drop
bag, and the cutoff.
LIVE TRACKING
Share a link so crew, pacers, and family can follow your position, pace, and ETA
