Dawn is a self-awareness and emotion recording app. You can quickly jot down the intensity of your emotions, the triggers, and a single sentence expressing your feelings; you can also review your emotional calendar, recording the changes each day.
When you're tired, stuck, or unable to articulate your feelings clearly, Weiguang will use your records to create a "Weekly Status Insight," helping you see recurring emotional and event patterns and providing a small, actionable step.
You can also use cue cards as a reflection tool to see your needs and boundaries from a different perspective. Weiguang doesn't predict the future or make decisions for you; we focus on helping you clearly articulate your present moment and move forward more steadily.
