Bug fixes and enhanced user features.

This build is to fix bugs in payments which was displaying an error message even though the payment had gone through.

This update fixed some bugs discovered in the coupon process. We eliminated the coupon option on the tile before paywall and stayed with the coupon on the paywall which has worked well. We swapped out Sengrid with Postmark to improve the non-SSO process as verification was going to junk and being blocked by several hosts.
