SignaScan scans your documents, makes them searchable and lets you sign them right away — all on your iPhone. No cloud, no account needed.

There is one person behind SignaScan, based in Germany. No ads, no tracking, no sign-up — you buy once and that's it.
For free you store unlimited documents, create as many folders and tags as you like and get reminded about deadlines. Every month includes 10 OCR pages and 5 Smart Action analyses. If you need more, Pro is a one-time purchase: no more limits, no watermark on exports, saved signatures and iCloud sync included.
On privacy: your documents stay on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync it runs through your Apple ID, never through me. The app lock via Face ID or Touch ID can be switched on if you want it.
Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 or later) adds AI-powered document analysis. On older devices a built-in recognition takes over. Both run on your iPhone — nothing goes to the cloud.
If something is broken or missing: the contact address is in the imprint, I read every message.
