Rootling 1.3 tells you whether your cutting is on track. ROOTING FORECAST • Every propagation now shows the typical rooting time for its plant and method — "Monstera in water: usually 14–35 days, yours is on day 21" • Clear status at a glance: too early, on track, or worth a closer look • Insights compare your own rooting times against the reference values SHARE YOUR PROGRESS • Turn any propagation into a before-and-after card with a single tap — day 1 next to today • Light or dark style, ready for Messages, Instagram or your plant group THIS WEEK, IN ONE PLACE • The calendar opens with your week: all waterings, root checks and transplants grouped by day • Complete a whole day at once, and see overdue tasks first SOMETHING WRONG? • A new diagnosis assistant asks about your method, how long it's been and what you see — yellow leaves, mushy stem, no roots — and tells you what to do next • Healthy-versus-problem comparison pictures, fully offline PLANT LIBRARY • Mark favourites and filter the library down to your own plants • Sort by easiest or by fastest rooting • Typical rooting time shown on every method • Plant names now in ten more languages FOR EVERYONE • Your full journal history is now free — nothing you logged is hidden anymore • A quick "time for a photo" nudge when a propagation has gone quiet • Manage your subscription directly from Settings PREMIUM • Time-lapse as a 9:16 reel with your growth curve drawn in as it grows — made for Stories • Printable label sheets with QR codes: scan a jar label and the propagation opens in Rootling • The paywall now leads with the feature you were about to use • Yearly plan shows its real saving and the price per month Thank you for growing with us. Rootling 1.2 is our biggest quality update yet. EDIT AND DELETE • Rename, re-date or correct any propagation — and delete the ones you no longer want • Remove individual journal entries, photos and measurements • Deleted photos now free up storage instead of lingering on your device REAL GROWTH TRACKING • Record shoot height, root length and leaf count • Watch the growth curve build from your own measurements • Values shown in centimetres or inches to match your region MORE ACCURATE INSIGHTS • Success statistics are now calculated correctly every time • "Days to root" is measured to the day a cutting finished, not today REMINDERS THAT WORK • Weekly reminders really do repeat weekly • Tapping a reminder opens the plant it is about • Reminders for deleted propagations are cleaned up • Notification permission is only requested when you set your first reminder POLISH THROUGHOUT • All text now scales with your Dynamic Type setting • Photos load faster and use far less storage • Home Screen widget fixed, plus new Lock Screen widgets • 198 new plant illustrations and hand-drawn icons for all 15 propagation methods • Temperatures shown in your local units AND NEW IN THIS BUILD • Your photos now sync through iCloud with everything else — open Rootling on a second device and the pictures are there • Complete or postpone a reminder straight from the notification, without opening the app • A new propagation offers the checks its method usually needs, ready to schedule in one tap • Log a measurement with Siri, the Shortcuts app, or the Home Screen widget PREMIUM • Rootling Premium is now available as a one-time purchase — pay once, keep it forever • Premium can be shared with up to five family members through Family Sharing Thanks for growing with us.
