• Share any category as a tear sheet. The send icon on Products now works on every category and subcategory, not only Favorites. The share covers the whole list you're browsing, however many pages it runs to, and past 20 products the app asks before it sends. • Every customer's history for managers. A rep with All customers switched on in Nymble Admin now sees any customer's orders and invoices in Customer Details, loaded live from Nymble while connected, with each card opening the full order or invoice. • Order confirmation as a receipt. After an order or quote is placed, Review Order shows the order type, number and time with a receipt strip: total, items, terms, fulfillment, ship to and who the receipt was emailed to. • The order note travels with a shared cart, showing as Order notes in the customer's email and in Nymble Connect. • Email a customer at every address on file, and see at a glance when an address can't be placed on the map. • iPhone line note and line price sheets sit on the edge of the screen and rise above the keyboard. • Smoother throughout: Favorites and Tags always show their own list, the dashboard follows you between screens, and sync and image downloads pick up on their own after the app has been in the background.

• Set a line's price on the spot. On Review Order, double-tap a line's price, type the agreed unit price on the number pad and tap Done. Totals and tax update at once, the line is tagged Overridden with its list price shown beside it, and the price stays through quantity changes and price refreshes. Reset to list price hands the line back to catalog pricing, and the override prints on the order PDF and receipt. Switched on per organization in Nymble Admin. • Quantities with decimals. For products sold by weight, length or volume, the quantity pad gains a decimal key so reps can enter 1.5 or 12.75 on Catalog, Product Details, Review Order and the scanner. Orders, invoices, PDFs and receipts show the quantity exactly as entered. Switched on per organization in Nymble Admin. • Review Order asks before a tap removes a line from the order, and shows the customer number beside the company name.

• Your catalog's images, offline. After a sync on Wi-Fi the app keeps every product and category image on the iPad, so the catalog, product details, carts, orders and order PDFs printed on the device look the same with or without a connection. • Grid, List and Sheet views on Products. A switcher beside the search bar lays products out as image tiles, detailed rows or a quick-order table with on-hand quantity, price and a quantity column. Your choice is remembered, and applies to search results too. • The Products header tucks away as you scroll, leaving the back button, your customer and the category tabs, and returns when you scroll back up. • Review Order, redesigned around a summary strip: order type, PO number, reps, terms, fulfillment method and addresses across the top, item and unit counts, a note button on every line, and pop-overs for the order note and receipt recipients. On iPhone the total, note and receipt sit in a footer that stays put while you scroll. • Customer Details opens with a compact strip of price tier, terms, sales rep, fulfillment method, contact details and addresses. The pin on an address opens a map; the pencil edits it. • Percentage discounts take up to two decimal places, such as 12.5%. • Flipbook product tags carry the same round pin as the Nymble Storefront reader. • Saved sessions open faster, sync recovers on its own after a sign-in expires, each rep on a shared iPad works from their own local data, and the dashboard and Orders tab update in place as orders arrive.

• Send tear sheets, documents, shared carts and orders to several email addresses at once. Separate them with a semicolon or comma and each address gets its own copy. • Product and customer attributes appear in the order set in Nymble Admin, on iPad and iPhone. • Orders and invoices list newest first, and the Orders tab shows up to 200 of each. • Discounts applied on Review Order, on a line or on the whole order, are saved as soon as you tap Apply and stay through quantity changes and reopening the order. • Line notes appear on the row the moment you save them, long notes wrap inside the row, and the note editor closes with one Save. • Duplicating an order from Review Order opens the copy right there.

Every category keeps its own order • Open a category and its products appear in the order your team arranged for that category in Nymble Admin. A product that lives in several categories holds its own place in each one, so arranging one category leaves the others exactly as they were. • Parent categories and their subcategories are arranged separately, each showing whichever products your team put at the top. • Arranged products come first, then the rest by SKU. The full catalog lists by SKU.

• Search stays in the subcategory you're in — pick a subcategory, search from inside it, and the results come from that subcategory alone. The All tab searches the whole category. • Searching inside Tags brings back the products carrying that tag. • Categories nested below another one browse and search from whichever tab you're on.

Run multiple orders at once • Open a pending order — the card itself or its Start/Resume button — and that order and its customer become active together. The catalog header, the prices you see and everything you add all point at the order you're looking at, from the first item onwards. • Start an order from a customer's page and you stay there. The new order sits at the top of Open Orders with the green active badge, ready to open when you are. • An order you haven't added to yet says Start; one with items says Resume. • The working-order card appears at the top of the screen, naming the order with its customer, price tier and item count, and a View order link straight to it. • Send Order turns green once a valid email address or complete phone number is entered, shows the line count, unit count and order total, and closes itself once the order has gone. • Categories several levels deep open straight onto their tiles, each one shown exactly once.

Order type on every order card • See an order's type — Standard, Sample, Assisted, or whichever types your company uses — right on the card, on the Orders screen, the dashboard and Customer Details. It's there for orders you've placed and for the carts you're still building. • Resume on a pending-order card opens that cart in the catalog every time, including a cart you started before picking a customer. If a cart needs something first, the app tells you which customer and why. • Review Order comes up quickly when you're out of coverage, so you can keep building the order. • Place Order tells you plainly when the device is offline: the order wasn't sent, and your cart is saved and ready to place once you're back online.

Search now leads with the product you meant. • Closest matches first — products whose name starts with what you typed come first, then other name matches, then SKU matches, then products that match on their description. • Short words narrow your search — a one- or two-letter word in what you type filters the results instead of pulling in every product with a longer word that begins the same way. • Fast on big catalogs — relevance ranking stays quick on catalogs with tens of thousands of products.

CART • Share a cart straight from Review Order. Tap Share cart to email or text your customer a link, and they open it in Nymble Connect with no sign-in and see the cart exactly as you built it. Works even for carts built offline. • Review Order lists items in the order you added them, so the list reads the way you built it. • Snappier quantity steppers: every tap on + and − registers instantly, however fast you go. • If a cart can't be started, the app tells you exactly why so you can fix it on the spot. CATALOG • See quantity on hand on every product card and product detail, so you know what's in stock before you add it. • Product images, category images and logos update on your device as soon as they're refreshed in the Web Admin, and catalog syncs are lighter since thumbnails you already have stay put. CUSTOMERS • Deactivated customers are clearly marked with an Inactive pill, and their details stay open for reference while ordering is paused until they're reactivated. • Faster customer lookups, even on lists with tens of thousands of accounts. LOGIN • Signing in without a working connection shows a friendly prompt to check your network.

Batch discounts and letter-perfect search. DISCOUNTS, IN BATCHES • Select several line items on Review Order and apply one discount to all of them — each line previews its savings before you commit. • Lines that already carry a discount show it, with one-tap removal; applying over one asks first. • Percentage discounts stay whole numbers and an amount discount can't exceed the item's price — the rule appears as you type, not as a broken total later. • On iPhone, Apply Discounts opens as a bottom sheet. SEARCH, TO THE LETTER • Hyphenated part numbers like 7-0 now return 7-0 — not every "7-something" in the catalog. • Product names with short everyday words like "ME" or "IT" no longer go missing from results, whatever your device's language setting. • iOS autocorrect no longer rewrites SKUs, brand names, or customer names in search — and all of this applies to customer search too. ORDERS • Transferring an order now uses the same full-screen customer search and cards as the Customers screen, cart badges included. • The submit button names the order type you're placing. • The order summary totals your line-item savings alongside the order discount. • Duplicated orders show their quantities, and a line stepped to zero is removed cleanly. • After you place an order, quantities and cart badges reset — and the confirmation screen can take you straight to the Dashboard. ALSO • Your app version now shows on the Organizations screen, right under Logout.

INVOICES • See each customer's invoices right on their account, plus a new Invoices tab on the Orders screen. • Open any invoice for line items, totals, balance due, and shipping details like tracking numbers and backordered quantities. • Invoices sync to your device, so they stay readable offline like the rest of your data. FASTER EVERYWHERE • Quicker app launch, faster search on large catalogs, smoother scrolling, and lighter syncing on weak networks. GETTING AROUND • A new More tab keeps your everyday tabs up front and collects the rest of the app in one place. • The catalog now follows your merchandising sort order. ORDERS & PAYMENTS • Starting another order now asks for the PO or order name up front. • The selected payment card is clearly highlighted, and tapping it again deselects it. • Adding a credit card now uses your organization's payment gateway automatically. FIXES • Resuming your active order keeps you right where you were. • Swiping a pending order now reveals Delete instead of removing it immediately. • Organization tiles open on tap again, cart badges on your customer list stay current, and a scan-screen crash is fixed.

Version 2.0 is the biggest update to Nymble Sales yet — a redesign of the screens reps use most, plus a serious speed and clarity pass. REDESIGNED AROUND CARDS • Customers, Orders and the dashboard now list cards instead of spreadsheet-style tables. Each card shows the company name, customer number, order channel and address at a glance. • Customer cards are badged when that account has a cart open — including when several are open, or when it's the cart you're working in now. • Customer Details has been rebuilt. The Orders tab is submitted orders only; carts you're still working on live on the Overview tab as Pending Order cards you can resume or swipe away. • Pending order cards show how old a cart is, when it was last updated, and a Review Requested flag when a buyer has asked you to look at theirs. A NUMBER PAD FOR QUANTITIES • Tapping a quantity or discount field opens a compact number pad beside the field instead of the full keyboard, so the list you're working in stays visible. • Quantities that can't be ordered — below a minimum, or off a case-pack multiple — are now refused with the reason instead of silently reverting. CLEARER • Buttons that used to be a bare checkmark now say what they do: Add, Save, Send, Apply. • When something goes wrong, the app tells you. Errors that used to be discarded on the catalog, cart and customer screens now appear. FASTER • Rapid taps on the quantity stepper settle on the number you tapped, instead of drifting lower mid-burst. • Cart edits write the cart once per change instead of twice. FIXED • Typing in the Catalog search bar no longer hangs the app on iPhone. • Line-item and order discounts appear on Review Order the moment you apply them, with the original total struck through. • The Organizations list fills in on a first login without a restart. • The customer you made active is still marked active after you close and reopen the app. • Long company names no longer run underneath the customer number and cart badge. • Switching the active customer takes the Catalog back to the top. • Catalog categories follow the order set in Nymble Admin. • Customer Details on the dashboard's customer cards now opens Customer Details.
