HOW SEEZ'N HELPS YOU - Your mission is to keep your tree healthy and thriving - Too much scrolling kills your tree - Completing exercises, challenges, and todos makes it grow WHAT YOU CAN DO ON SEEZ'N - Block your chosen apps for 1 hour after 15 minutes of total use per day - Mindfulness exercises: find your mantras, log your emotions to track how you feel over time - Productivity: focus sessions, daily todo tracking, long-term goal tracking - Sleep protection : block your apps before you go to bed and after waking up - Activity ideas : suggestions for what to do instead of scrolling - Tree's Will (optional) : people you choose get notified if your tree dies PRIVATE & SECURE Seez'n uses Apple's Screen Time APIs on your iPhone. You choose which apps to monitor. Screen Time tracking runs on your device; we only sync what's needed for your tree and account. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
