i always say i’m gonna start then i doomscroll, then get tired and that cycle repeats. i gave this app a go bc i genuinely needed something to force me to get out the door and hold me accountable. i’ve tried a bunch of other apps that work by checking off daily habits or sending me reminders but they still weren’t enough to get me off my phone unfortunately 😭 but i’m FINALLYYyyy going consistently 4 times a week and haven’t doomscrolled, bedrotted, or been chronically online since getting this app. trust and give this a go if you’ve been stuck in the same cycle!!!

This app has literally changed how I function. I used to be so caught up in my phone that I would just end up pushing off the gym to some other time or not even go. But now that I use this I literally feel so much more productive and actually use the gym membership I'm paying for lol. Used to hate it at first but now has changed lifestyle for the better. I can honestly spend HOURS on TikTok mindlessly scrolling…. And for what? To get dumber and fatter?? Might as well get snatched and force myself to go to the gym and access my social apps later without any guilt. This single-handedly forced me to get in shape since the regular iPhone screen time is too easy to bypass. And my brain rot urges are quite strong. HIGHLY recommend!
