Flashcards are faster and steadier. Cards no longer stutter during a session, the flip animation stays with the card it belongs to, and your rating is graded on the card's history rather than on whichever side was showing. New cards now arrive as a prompt at the start of a session instead of an unbounded stream, and unseen cards are served in order. Insights corrections: weak areas count everything you've studied or quizzed, the daily session bound serves the whole day, and the exam-date reminder behaves correctly once your date has passed. Quiz exit dialogs are clearer, and Cards coverage now reads "solid".

Flashcards and the free diagnostic are exactly as free as they were — nothing here moved behind a paywall. Two things changed for free, and they're the real headline: the flashcard bank grew from 373 cards to 1,337, and the app no longer hands you a flat list to work through yourself — it schedules. Each card comes back right before you'd forget it, so opening the app tells you what to study next instead of you deciding. This is a substantial update, not a routine one, so here's the rest of what's different. PMP Prep now has an account: sign in with Apple or Google to sync your progress across iPhone, iPad and the web app at pmp.rho1.ai. Signing in is optional and still free, and it's what unlocks the 30-question diagnostic and your readiness score, at no cost. Alongside all of that, this version adds a subscription: unlimited practice quizzes by domain, a timed test mode, a full 180-question, 240-minute mock exam weighted the way PMI weights the real one, and insights covering your accuracy, retention and domain coverage over time. None of the above needs it — the subscription only adds what's in this paragraph.

This update introduces four new features across all apps, plus a redesigned tab layout to make studying more structured and rewarding. Stats Tab (new) A dedicated Stats screen now lives at the bottom of every app. It brings together everything you need to see your progress at a glance: your current study streak, your longest streak ever, total days studied, overall card mastery, a 30-day progress chart, and your full list of bookmarked cards — all in one place. Study Streaks The app now tracks your daily study habit. Study on consecutive days to build your streak. Miss a day and it resets — so come back tomorrow. Your longest streak is saved permanently, and the Stats tab shows you exactly where you stand. Bookmarked Cards Tap the star on any card while studying to bookmark it. Bookmarked cards appear in their own filter on the Study screen and are listed with expandable answers in the Stats tab. Use it to flag the concepts you keep getting wrong and come back to them fast. Share a Card Any card can now be shared directly from the study screen. Tap the share icon in the top-right corner to send the question and answer via Messages, Mail, Notes, or anywhere else on your device. Great for study groups.
