Famalio brings family appointments, work shifts and everyday plans together. See today and tomorrow, share responsibilities and keep everyone up to date.
YOUR FAMILY, ONE CALENDAR
Create a family or join with an invitation link, code or QR code. Share invitations through the iOS share sheet. Assign organizer, editor and viewer roles, filter by person and plan in day, week or month views. Connect device calendars and assign imported appointments to a person without changing the original calendar.
SHIFTS, NOTES AND REMINDERS
Plan rotating shifts with templates and repeating patterns. Keep shared notes and checklists in their own tab. Choose reminders for everyone, yourself or selected people, and configure which event types you want to hear about. Today and tomorrow remain easy to find in the app and Home Screen widgets.
ON YOUR WRIST
The companion Apple Watch app shows the calendar shared by your paired iPhone: today, tomorrow, your next shift and free calendar time. Open the iPhone app to refresh the shared data.
TIME FOR US
Find gaps between recorded appointments. These are free calendar intervals, not guaranteed availability: travel time and unrecorded plans may be missing. Famalio does not change any events when finding these intervals.
REVIEW BEFORE IMPORTING
Turn photos and documents into proposed appointments, then review them before saving. One reviewed import per month per device is included for free.
OPTIONAL FAMILY PRO
The shared calendar, invitations, roles, ordinary and modular shifts, reminders and notes are free. Family Pro adds 100 reviewed imports per month per device, timetable tools and family week-plan PDF export. Choose monthly or annual billing with the same features. Prices and renewal terms appear in the App Store purchase sheet. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple Account settings. Restore purchases in the app. Apple Family Sharing is supported for eligible purchases.
Sign in with Apple or Google using an existing account. Connections are encrypted and account permissions protect family access. Family data is not end-to-end encrypted.
