The well-known Swiss train-dice game, now as an app. Shake your phone, roll a real train connection and discover new places in Switzerland. Gleiswürfeln is a small app for spontaneous train journeys in Switzerland. Instead of planning yourself, you shake your phone — the app finds your nearest station, rolls a train connection from the current timetable and tells you how many stops to travel. Once you arrive, tap on the place name. You'll see a short description, a few key facts, protected village sites and nearby points of interest. If you fancy, you can collect all 26 Swiss cantons along the way. - Random train connection from your nearest station - Region filter: surroundings or all of Switzerland - Choose which connections to include in the roll - Place info with description and nearby points of interest - Collection of visited cantons Note: Gleiswürfeln is a private hobby project and has no official connection to any Swiss transport company.
