Motonav is turn-by-turn navigation built for motorcyclists: massive, glanceable directions you can read in a fraction of a second at speed, on a dark high-contrast map that works in bright sunlight.
CURVY ROADS, NOT JUST FAST ONES
Choose your ride before you go: Fastest, No Highways, or Curvy. Curvy routes you onto the twisty back roads riders actually want - trading a few minutes for a far better ride - while steering clear of interstates and dead-straight slab. You get full turn-by-turn the whole way, and if you wander off, it reroutes onto a fresh curvy line from wherever you are.
RIDE-FIRST NAVIGATION
- Huge turn instructions with live distance countdown and the road name
- Turn arrows drawn from the real shape of the junction, measured from the road itself - a hard right gets a hard-right arrow, a gentle fork gets a fork
- A "then" preview so you always know the move after this one
- Voice guidance timed for riding, not driving
- Automatic rerouting when you go your own way
- Current speed always visible, with the posted speed limit shown as a real US speed-limit sign
- Arrival time, time left, and distance to go in one glanceable bar
WIDGETS, CONTROL CENTER, AND SIRI
Put your favorite destinations one tap away: Home Screen widgets in three sizes, Lock Screen and StandBy widgets, and a Control Center button that starts navigation without unlocking. Ask Siri to navigate, stop navigation, or read out your ETA - and use those same actions in your own Shortcuts automations.
LIVE VEHICLE DATA (OPTIONAL)
Pair a Bluetooth OBD-II adapter and Motonav becomes a dashboard for your bike or car: RPM, coolant temperature, voltage, and every sensor your vehicle exposes - plus computed gear position, fuel economy and range, and charging-system health, remembered per vehicle. (Requires a compatible Bluetooth LE OBD-II adapter.)
BUILT FOR GLOVES
Every control is oversized and high-contrast. No fiddly gestures, no tiny buttons - designed to be used on a handlebar mount.
LOCK SCREEN + DYNAMIC ISLAND
Directions continue on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a live route progress bar - no need to keep the app open.
YOUR RIDE, YOUR RULES
- Avoid highways with one tap, recalculated instantly
- Rate roads good or bad as you ride, saved to your account
- Favorites and recent destinations one tap from the home screen
- Give favorites your own names, like "Mom's" instead of a street address
PLAN ON THE WEB, RIDE ON THE BIKE
Motonav has a companion planner at motonav.co. Draw a route on the big screen - or describe the ride you're dreaming about and let the AI copilot sketch it onto the map - then save it. It's on your phone before your helmet's on. GPX works everywhere: import a track a friend sent you (AirDrop it straight into the app, or pick it from Files right on the Where-to screen), and export any saved route to share back. Saved routes start from wherever you are - join a friend's route partway along and the directions pick up right there.
OPTIONAL ACCOUNT, REAL BACKUP
Create a free account and your favorites, recents, road ratings, saved routes, and settings follow you - through reinstalls, onto new phones. Or skip it entirely and just ride: navigation never requires an account.
Motonav is built by a rider, rebuilt from the ground up around one idea: do turn-by-turn brilliantly before anything else.

START FROM WHERE YOU ARE
- Saved routes and GPX files from friends now begin at your bike, not at the route's first point. Standing on the route partway along? The ride starts right there. Near it? You're routed onto it. Far from it? You're routed to the start, then ride the whole thing.
- Every ride is built from a fresh GPS fix, so a route can't start from home while you're in the next town.
IMPORT GPX FROM WHERE-TO
- The Routes tab has an Import GPX button: pick a file from Files, it's routed onto real roads, you name it, and it's ready to ride. No trip through Settings.
ALSO
- If navigation ever pins you at the wrong point on a route, it now corrects itself within a few seconds instead of calling turns for roads you're not on.
