Room Code Multiplayer:

- Friends join instantly by entering the code - no invite needed

Mid-Game Late Join:
- Players can join an in-progress game using the room code
- Host controls whether late joins are allowed (toggle in lobby)
- AI players are seamlessly replaced with joining human players
