Daily Dessert Forecast
Each morning, the app automatically pushes a personalized dessert forecast to every device, specific to each horeca location. Based on a smart sales prediction algorithm, it calculates the exact quantities of desserts and mise en place (MEP) needed for the day, giving staff a clear preparation checklist before service begins.
How-To Guides
Staff can access dynamic how-to instructions at any time via the green button or ice cream cone icon. Each guide includes photos and step-by-step descriptions tailored to what's needed on that specific day, making it easy to onboard new team members or refresh returning staff.
Real-Time Priority List
The app features a live priority list powered by a WebSocket connection, displaying tables that currently require dessert service. Updates are pushed instantly to all logged-in devices simultaneously, ensuring every team member is always working from the same information. When a staff member has served a table, they simply mark it as completed — and the list updates in real time for the entire team.
