NOISE TYPES
- Brown Noise (Free)
Deep, rumbling tones like a distant waterfall or heavy rain. Brown noise is perfect for deep sleep, concentration, and blocking out distracting sounds. Its low-frequency emphasis makes it especially soothing.
- Pink Noise (Pro)
Balanced, natural-sounding noise similar to steady rain or wind through trees. Research suggests pink noise may enhance deep sleep quality and memory consolidation.
- White Noise (Pro)
Equal intensity across all frequencies, like a fan or TV static. White noise is effective at masking a wide range of environmental sounds for both sleep and focus.
SLEEP TIMER
Set a timer for 15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes. The noise will gently fade out over the last 30 seconds so you are never jolted awake by sudden silence. Watch the countdown right on the main screen.
BACKGROUND PLAYBACK
