Mochi is designed to fit into your daily life. Sessions start at 5 minutes, so there's always time to practice, whether it's in the morning, during a lunch break, or before bed.
Important: the free version only includes the onboarding and one intro meditation. Access to the full library, personalized plan, and all other features requires an active Mochi+ subscription. A free trial is available before any payment.
