Film your training or import a clip. I score each technique from 0 to 100 and show you, frame by frame, your kuzushi, your tsukuri, your kake and the timing of your entry. Watch your best scores climb.
ASK YOUR SENSEI ANYTHING
Ask me about grip fighting, tachi-waza, newaza transitions or combinations. I answer with the competition rules, your grip sequences, your training log, your weight class and your next shiai in front of me.
COUNT DOWN TO SHIAI
Add your next shiai and I taper your training as the day gets closer. Keep your tournament record: wins by ippon, waza-ari decisions and golden score results.
MAKE WEIGHT FOR YOUR DIVISION
I plan your meals around your weight class and your training load, count your macros every day and lay out your weight cut step by step.
